Covid Policy

Starting on June 1, 2021 we will begin to allow clients back into our facility on a limited basis. We are excited to begin transitioning back to a more normal routine and looking forward to seeing you!

In order to provide the safest transition possible, we will require masks to be worn by all staff and clients at all times and limit flow to provide for adequate social distancing. Our curbside service option will remain available for the foreseeable future.

In general, for regularly scheduled doctor’s appointments, clients will have the option of coming in with their pet; a maximum of 2 people may enter per appointment. When you arrive at the practice, please call us from the parking lot. Once an examination room is available for you and your pet, we will meet you outside to escort you directly to a room. As mentioned above, face coverings will be required at all times for clients and staff while in the building. For larger groups or those who prefer not to wear masks, we will be happy to provide curbside service.

Many functions will remain curbside only for now. If you are here for the Pet Resort, Grooming, a technician appointment, to pick up medication, or to drop off or pick up for surgery, we will continue to meet you at your car in order to minimize the number of people inside our facility.
