Clients and pets are welcome to come inside the practice for their visit again!

If you would like to remain in your vehicle or if you feel your pet would be more stressful in the lobby, please call the practice at 413-499-1580 when you arrive in the parking lot. Once an examination room is available for your pet, we will greet you at your vehicle and escort you and your pet directly to an exam room.

If you are here for the Pet Resort, to pick up medication, or to drop off or pick up for surgery, you may remain in your vehicle during your visit if it is more convenient for you.
