Associate Veterinarian
The Associate veterinarians are the heart of the Pittsfield Veterinary Hospital. They are responsible for the extremely high level of direct medical care which is provided to each and every patient and client that visits the hospital. They are skilled practitioners in surgical services, physical examinations and diagnoses as well as excellent resources for animal behavior, pet selection and preventive veterinary care for our clients loved ones. Receptionists
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, filing, and front office and reception area maintenance. SORRY, NO RECEPTIONIST POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.


Veterinary Technicians
Technicians are responsible for hospital maintenance, assisting the doctors, laboratory procedures, radiology, client communication, medical procedures, pharmacy, operation and maintenance of instruments and equipment, inventory, daily treatment of hospitalized patients, rehabilitation, assisting in the operating room and maintenance of the OSHA and Hazardous Materials programs.

Bath and Brush Assistant
The Bath and Brush Assistant's responsibilities include: grooming (bathing, brushing, ear cleaning and nail trim) of dogs that do not require any clipper or scissor work, assisting the Groomer and Salon Manager in their work as needed, helping to maintain a clean salon and dryer room, assisting with the scheduling of appointments and with the admitting and discharging of pet customers.

The Animal ER of the Berkshires

Veterinarians

The Animal ER is looking for Veterinarians to work shifts on Weekends and Holidays. We have a brand new, fully equipped facility with friendly, experienced staff and supportive referring hospitals.
